We will focus on functional breathing and the factors can can influence/restrict it, these include but aren’t limited to restrictions in the diaphragm itself and the articulation of the spine. Awaken your body; take advantage of increased day light and temperatures to rev up your body rhythms and learn to walk with ease and efficiency. You’ll need to provide your own Nordic Walking poles and wear trainers to participate. Please note this workshop takes place on Wimbledon Common – meet at The Windmill.
