Wellbeing Break 21 – 26 June 2020
Hotel Ola nr Split, Croatia
Self-care isn’t selfish – it is about looking after yourself so you have the resources to avoid burn-out. Taking a creative approach to exercise, combining outdoor and indoor activities plus making time for relaxation can leave you feeling more balanced.
It is my belief that exercising as a group brings the benefit of shared focus, energy, and the social contact that makes it easier to achieve your goals.
Our targets for the week:-
- Better Posture & Alignment
- Freedom of Movement
How to achieve our Targets?
In Nordic Body Kinetics core stability is incorporated in every exercise, which requires work on several levels:-
Bio-mechanical Level – learn how to execute the exercises with technical skill and precision.
Physiological Level – through the exercises improve your tissue quality (skeletal, muscular, fascia, ligament, tendon).
Neural Function – Visualise, think, focus, feel and learn to recognise your body’s language.
Mental Level – build strength “from inside out”. Learn to realise your true potential, not by focusing on limitations/problems, but by engaging your inner resources and creativity.
How to Measure The Results?
- ability to maintain correct alignment and posture
- flexibility and strength of your centre
- your weight distribution
- in the way you move; ability to direct, maintain and co-ordinate movements in relation to your centre.
