Covid-19 Update

I would like you to feel safe and comfortable in my studio. If there is anything I can do to meet your individual needs, please do not hesitate to email, or call me.
Please do not come to the studio if you, or anyone you live with is exhibiting any signs of poor health. If you have any COVID specific symptoms you must not attend class for 2 weeks. Notice of COVID symptoms will waive our cancellation policy.
  • Face Masks: Please arrive wearing a face mask on entry to the building. I will wear a face mask as will Laura, our massage therapist.
  • Dress Code: Please arrive in your exercise clothing, wearing socks and leave your shoes outside the studio.
  • Hand Washing: Is required on arrival
  • Hand Sanitiser: is available at the entrance to the studio
  • Equipment: is cleaned after each client
  • Hands On: is available by mutual agreement
  • Optional Towels & Gloves: You may bring your own freshly laundered towel to cover the studio mats and your own latex or other type of freshly laundered gloves.
All clients are required to sign a new waiver in advance of their first visit in order to attend class.
  • Only 1:1 classes and massage are being offered in the studio.
  • Appointment times are staggered to allow for cleaning and reduce client interaction in the entrance. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
  • Private Outdoor (Nordic Walking) classes on Wimbledon Common or in Richmond Park are available by appointment.
  • Group Workshops have been redesigned to take place outdoors either on Wimbledon Common or in Richmond Park, please refer to individual event details.

Functional Breathing Workshop

Do you forget to breathe? Is your default breathing technique, shallow and limited to your upper chest? If the answer to either of those is yes, then this workshop is for you. We will focus on functional breathing and the factors can can influence/restrict it, these include but aren’t limited to restrictions in the diaphragm itself and the articulation of the spine. We’ll also explore Breathing as the the bridge between mind and body; read the ‘Breathing – Essential for Life and Health’ Blog for more information.

Feet First

Your feet are the foundation for your body but most of us take them for granted. If you suffer from foot problems like bunions and aching feet, combined with poor ankle flexibility,  join us to better understand and rebuild foot function. Learn my tips and tricks for healthy feet, plus simple take-home exercises.

Focus on Posture and Alignment

This special workshop is dedicated to helping you activate, mobilise and strengthen your spine.  We’ll discover how better breathing can help release tension from your spine; learn simple tips to keep you moving, plus stretching and how to strengthen safely.

 Walking Workshop

Awaken your body; take advantage of increased day light and temperatures to rev up your body rhythms and learn to walk with ease and efficiency. You’ll need to provide your own Nordic Walking poles and wear trainers to participate. Please note this workshop takes place on Wimbledon Common – meet at The Windmill.
