2. Vouchers will be delivered to the purchaser only
3. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale. Any vouchers not redeemed within this period will automatically expire, no refunds or exchanges are possible.
4. Lost, destroyed or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
